The problem comes when one has both and hearing difficulties.  I need both 
description and amplification.  Most of the time, the systems that provide 
each are incompatible with each other.  The systems that many theaters have 
don't work with hearing aids or cochlear implant processors.  I can use FM 
or infrared systems, but I need to be able to connect a neck loop to them.
