[Nfbk] Pulling for Senate Bill 87!

Dear Friends,

 

Tonight a group of individuals in Lexington attended a social activity where
almost all of the 22 people with disabilities, friends and family members
present called the LRC MSG LN at 1-800-372-7181 and left the message for the
Senate Committee on Natural Resources and Energy to SUPPORT Senate Bill
87!!!  Awesome Advocacy Exercise . The individuals with varying types of
disabilities were not all eligible to actually subscribe to the accessible
electronic information service but love and support their disabled friends
who are eligible!!!

 

An enormous show of support in my humble estimation .

 

I believe this can occur at every group meeting until April when Governor
Beshear signs the Bill into Law, whether the groups are comprised of those
with disabilities or not .

 

We just have to TALK TO PEOPLE!!!
