Good Afternoon,

 

The Department of Workforce Investment is accepting resumes for
consideration for a Brand Management Specialist classified as an Information
Office Supervisor.  It is a Federally Funded Time Limited position that will
report directly to the Commissioner.  The generic class specifications are
attached.  Below please find some of the specific duties.

 

This individual would be responsible for the branding and outreach plan for
the Department of Workforce Investment's Kentucky Career Center brand
transition.  This staff person would coordinate and align teams of people
throughout the system both internally and externally to execute the brand
transition plan.  This person would serve as champion and promoter for the
implementation process by fostering employee involvement, empowerment, and
advocate a team environment.  The staff person would be responsible for
project and print management with an understanding the process of getting
materials printed (collateral, interior & exterior signage, etc).  In
addition, the individual would have ability to field technical questions
centered on design files and printing/fabrication.  The person would exhibit
strong communication skills as well as ability to prioritize tasks related
to the coordinating each region's needs in the brand roll-out process.
Finally, the person would work independently, be self motivated, and have
good follow through with ability to effectively present information to top
leadership. Graphic design experience is preferred.
