      The NFB of Greater Louisville’s January activity will take place on Friday January 20th. This will be a health, fitness and nutrition activity, with a guest from the Southwest YMCA. Come prepared for some light, low impact exercises.  We will be meeting in the gym from 6:30pm till 8:30pm.  
      I’ve talked with Steve Tharpe at TARC and when scheduling your TARC3 ride, please give the reservationist the APH address.  That address is, 1839 Frankfort Ave.  Also tell the reservationist to make a note to go to the rear of the parking lot.  Doing so will get you closer to the gym and we may not have any issues when drivers come back to pick up.
      Water and light snacks will be provided.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
