our daily lives, but there are proven strategies you can use to effectively
manage the stress. Want to hear more?
Join Seminars at Hadley as Sylvia Perez, an experienced vision rehabilitation and
social work professional, shares practical techniques for not only reducing
stress, but also maximizing its positive effects.
Larry Muffett, a member of Hadley’s Seminars team, will moderate this 60 -minute
seminar. A question and answer session will be included as part of the seminar.

presents on how to access Serotek’s SAMNet software.
In this presentation you will learn about:
* Communicating with friends and family through email, voice chat and instant
messaging
* Browsing news from over 130 countries, and creating your own newspaper for
access to the news you need
* Listening to streaming audio-described movies and television
* Listening to streaming radio stations and defining presets
* Transferring your favorite content to your portable Daisy book reader
Douglas Walker, Hadley’s instructor of assistive technology, will moderate this
90-minute seminar. A question and answer session will be included as part of the
seminar.
