[Nfbk] NFB of Greater Louisville April Luncheon Details

Thanks for the phone call reminder about paying the luncheon (still need to
remember to send in my dues). I thought I would be able to go, but he kept
going downhill and when he was put on the ventilator I was no longer
worried about trying to make it. He is finally on an up hill swing.
