Hi Laura and all those interested in the NLS cartridges. It does appear that
these organizations are out of stock. The same can be said for other
manufacturers. See Howell Mobility for the details on why that is as well as

I just checked both the Perkins and APH web sites.  At this time, I didn't
find the cartridges for sale.  I'm wondering if perhaps they are just out of
stock.  I hope that they will have them again.
