[Nfbk] Buffa needs our thoughts and prayers

Great ideas Nickie!  I'm going to try calling the hospital a little later to see what she's allowed to get in the way of flowers, food etc.  Also, I really liked Cindy's idea about all of us sending her cards to keep her spirits up.  So, I'll pass on addresses for both hospital and home when I get them.

I just received a call from Buffa's boss in VA With the news that Buffa was hit by a car a week go Saturday.  She's in the hospital with bleeding on the brain, a broken arm and a fractured leg; and she doesn't remember anything about the accident.  She's having surgery on the arm today and surgery on the leg on Thursday.  Melody says the best way to reach her is on her cell at 502-296-3600.  I'm sure she'd love to hear from her friends in KY and to know she's in our thoughts and prayers.

If anyone would like to go in on flowers to send her or a get well gift, let me know.  I'm open to ideas.
