No, it is a free app. Just search for Braille or BrailleBack, and it should pop up immediately.
Another gereat option, especially while you're getting used to the phone, is going to the Play Store on your PC's browser. Once you elect to install an app from there, the Play Store will send it and install it on your phone.

Thanks, I tried looking for that app but it didn't show up. Is it a paid app? Not that I mind paying for an app but I'm still in the setting things up phase and haven't added a payment method to my account yet.

Thanks, Kevin. I had found a couple of those and I am going to use TalkBack instead of Code Factory. So far, it is working very well. My two immediate problems are accessing the on-screen keyboard and using my braille display. The keyboard reads the letter after you have selected it and clicks when you pass over letters but does not read the letters like it does with the phone keypad. My braille display has paired, but it doesn't control anything on the phone yet.
