[Nfbk] TARC seeking public comment on plans for new fare collection system

As you know, TARC is proposing a new system for collecting fares.  Of course we need to make sure that this new system is accessible to all.  If you are a TARC or TARC 3 passenger, please let them know about any concerns you have.  I t won’t do any good to complain later.
