[Nfbk] NFBGL flash drive idea

I have an idea for those who purchase the NFBGL flash drive bracelets or
maybe something to pre-load on them. You can get a bunch of portable apps
installed from www.portableapps.com & I also believe NVDA has a flash drive
version. This might be a good way to get extra use/value out of the drives.
