I am forwarding the information about the Chili Cook-off that will be held
at the McDowell Center on Thursday, October 31, Noon until 2:00 PM. I hope
several of us will be able to attend.

Our second annual chili cook-off is coming on Thursday, October 31, 2013.
 This is the same fun event we had last year and everyone had a great time.
 This is an opportunity for students, staff, former students, and the
consumer groups to get together and eat chili .  We will hold the event
from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.  I hope that several folks from the consumer
groups can act as our Chili judges to determine who cooks up the best pot
of chili.

I will contact each of you as we get closer to the date.   I would like you
to let members of your organizations know about our event, so then   I can
work with you in order to  determine accurate numbers of individuals who
want to attend the chili cook-off.
In addition, I probably will have you come earlier that day and talk with
our students about your organization.
