Description of Job Duties
Determines eligibility, order of selection, and develops an individualized plan for employment for persons with disabilities in order to gain and maintain employment. Provides vocational counseling assessments, collects and evaluates medical, psychological, vocational and other reports. Coordinates services that will assist individuals in achieving their vocational goals. Develops and maintains relationships with employers, performing job development, job analysis, and follow-up services with employers. Develops referrals, performs basic public relations functions, and partnerships with assigned territory to services organizations, schools, and physicians.  Develops and maintains case documentation, interprets agency procedures, enters consumer information into the Case Management System (CMS), maintains caseload budget, travels to assigned counties and works once a month at One-Stop Career Center. Assures job placement is consistent with consumers abilities and arranges services such as job coaching or other services from professionals. Performs other duties as assigned.
