Plans and coordinates appointment for appropriate assessments needed to assess individual needs for vocational rehabilitation services. Plans, organize, develop, coordinate and manage the delivery of vocational rehabilitation services in an Individual Plan for Employment. Monitors caseload budgets to insure that expenditures are consistent with agency policies. Develops and works extensively with employers, performing job development, job analysis, and follow-up services. Enters data into the Case Management Systems (CMS) and maintains caseload budget. Performs other duties as assigned.
