[Nfbk] Yoga Class at the McDowell Center starting soon!

Hello friends,
The Kentucky Association of Blind Athletes is once again providing a yoga class for blind and visually impaired adults at the McDowell Center. For those of you who have attended one of the previous sessions you know that the instructor is great and this is a fun class. This yoga class helps participants increase flexibility and movement through stretching and various yoga poses that can be modified to suit most individual needs. Here are the details. 

The session will start on Thursday, January 16 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at the McDowell Center (8412 Westport Rd) and continue at this day/time for 6 weeks. The cost for the entire session is $10 and can be paid at the first class. You’ll want to wear loose comfortable clothing and you will not need to bring a yoga mat for this session.
