Good morning everyone I have something wonderful to share with you all. A
fee weeks ago I went and signed up with a workout facility called planet
fitness. And I would just like to share how wonderful the place is, and how
the people have just try to make everything as accessible for me as
possible. People has taken time to point out the buttons on the treadmills
to set the speed how fast I want to walk, and the button to raise the
incline. Also and how to stop and start the machine. As well as show me ways
to pick out the size of handweights that I want to work out with. Oh yes and
of course everybody there, has fallen head over heels in love with badger
thank the good Lord for that. No he's not try to climb on the treadmill with
me yet that is not to my knowledge. But this is a wonderful place for me to
go work out as a blonde person and would just like to shadow over everyone
gets really help me lose weight I am now in a smaller shirt size. Basically
it's a nice place to go work out and I went down to a smaller shirt size. I
just wanted to share that with everyone. You know I'm not always around the
meetings. But this just dawned on me as I was typing this I would love you
guys you are really made me feel welcome when I came to Louisville I really
appreciate it so I don't know what I'm always going to be in-laws but I'm
always going to remember how kind that NFBK has been to me but I've been in
this town. When I first joined Nfb I did not know how it be received,
because I came from the American Council of the blind. But nobody is scared
everybody straight to me wonderfully and I love you guys for sorry I didn't
mean to get really emotional there but it just was something I needed to say
thank you all God bless see you bye state convention. Oh and one more thing
if anybody ever wants a free body massage you know I am a G a massage
therapist at the Louisville School Massage come see me I specialize in
therapeutic massage okay now I'm done I love you all I will see you at state
convention that is if the great don't rise.
