In this roundtable podcast 4 people with Retinitis pigmentosa, (RP), talk honestly and openly about how it affects various aspects of their lives. Garth, Shaun, Sassy and Scott discuss the various types of RP they have, how it affected their families, mobility and social interactions, possible treatments and cures and how they come to terms, or not, with the fact that they are losing their sight.
Despite coming from different parts of the world and being at various stages of sight loss they find they have had very similar experiences, and they share these openly, even some of the more humorous situations they have found themselves in.
Although the panel all have RP, many of the subjects discussed in the podcast would be relevant to anyone dealing with degenerative sight loss.
