Hip Hip Hurray! Kentucky has two scholarship winners again this year. Congratulations to Katie Adkins and Chris Stewart! I am finally glad to break the silence. It's tough being on the committee and knowing we have winners and not being able to tell anyone. I am proud of Katie and Chris. I know they will represent themselves and Kentucky very well.
