Deb, I don’t know about the DVS but VLC is supposed to be one of the most accessible media players. I don’t have any personal knowledge though because I downloaded, never used and then deleted. One place you can download it from is:

www.Ninite.com<http://www.Ninite.com>

I’m eager to learn more about watching TV from the computer too; because we’d love to cancel our cable subscription.

Have a blessed day,

Tonia

Subject: [Nfbk] DVDs and TV?

Can anyone recommend a free DVD player that can allow access to the menus so that DVS can be chosen and started? I have a DVD which I am sure has DVS but I can’t access it.

Also, what about watching TV on the computer? I don’t begin to know how to access TV with a traditional set these days!

Thanks for all your shared wisdom!
