The 2015 TARC3 Riders Guide is now available to you on NFB-NEWSLINE under the Local Channel (option 2, then option 4, then option 11 off of the main menu) on your touch tone telephone. You will find the TARC3 Riders Guide on the NFB-NEWSLINE iPhone App by choosing Publications, Publication Options, Kentucky Info, Kentucky Information Channel, and then 2015 Guide to Riding TARC3.
