Hello,

 

The Kentucky Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) is gathering input
for its three year Sate Plan for Independent Living (SPIL).  This SPIL is
due in June of 2016.  We are attempting to reach as many individuals with
disabilities, their families and advocates as possible in order to gather
statewide information to help guide the direction of the SPIL and to
determine goals and activities that will support the Independent Living
Network in Kentucky.  

 

We would greatly appreciate you sending this out to any individuals with
disabilities, families and advocates and ask that they participate. Please
feel free to forward the link to those individuals with whom you communicate
electronically.
