> Provides professional support in the review, evaluation, development, and implementation of agency's activities. Works directly with the caseloads of the Independent Living and Vocational Rehabilitation counselors who provide services to blind and visually impaired consumers in various stages of rehabilitation. Interprets and applies laws, rules, regulations, and policies applicable to the administration of agency programs. Develops, organizes, and maintains consumers files. Collects referral information on new consumers, entering statistical information into the Case Management System (CMS). Reviews CMS monthly reports to verify information and makes corrections if needed. Prepares correspondence for counselor's review and signature. Provides administrative support in answering phones, filling, mailing letters and case files, compiling travel vouchers, etc. Travel may be required in order to provide assistance in other district offices. Performs other duties as assigned.
