[Nfbk] Passing of Long Time Member;

Dear Friends, 

I regret to have to inform you of the passing of long time member Charley
Allen.  He left us last night of the 17th of November.  He had been ill for
quite a while, and it finally caught up.  Arrangements have not been
completed at this time.  I will let everyone know when I have that
information.
