[Nfbk] Reporting Service Refusal by Uber because of Guide Dog

Wanting to know the best way of contacting Uber about this. This was in
Little Rock, AR earlier this morning and involved my wife, Dawn. Have gone
through the Help section of the app and contacted them but just wondering if
there is a better way.
