I use Salliemae (now navient) and it is very clean and accessible. It took a little while to figure out where things moved when they revamped the site, but now it is very easy to use. I also make my monthly payments online. While I can’t speak to how it is to setup your bank account (I set up back when it was Salliemae), everything about making a payment is super easier. I would even dare to say that it is one of the easiest sites to use, especially banking wise, with a screen reader and I would still consider myself very much a novice with NVDA and there is nothing tricky with having to use mouse functions.
