[Nfbk] Accessible NCAA Bracket

Hi All,

For what it's worth, I set up my office's online bracket pool on
CBSSports and found I was able to make my own selections independently
using JAWS with no sighted assistance. This is the first year I was
able to do that, and I'm very excited about participating in these
online bracket pools from now on.
