I wanted to share a youtube link with you regarding the press conference
held this afternoon by Kentucky Attorney General, Andy Beshear on his Scam
Alert project. The project started one year ago today and provides alerts
about current scams to protect our seniors and our disabled Kentuckians from
this abuse. Cathy attended this press conference in Frankfort this afternoon
at 11:00 A.M. President Jackson spoke on the valued partnership that
NFB-NEWSLINE Kentucky is proud to share with the Offices of the Attorney
General in informing and preventing scams whereby the elderly and disabled
are often targeted. Cathy did a bang-up job in speaking at this press
conference.
