[Nfbk] question about software programs

Hello, 

 

I am exploring a potential employment opportunity. Some of the essential
functions include knowledge and familiarity with the following software
programs. I would like to know if these programs are user-friendly for
Window and JAWS users. (I am using Microsoft 2010 and JAWS 2018). Also, I am
looking for simple to understand; step-by-step, meat-and-potatoes,
bite-sized instructional materials. (I'm not keen on VFO narrated fluff-and
stuff tutorials).
