What does the ADA Mean to Me?

The Americans with Disabilities Act is 28 years old this year.  How far have
we come and where do we go from here?  In this presentation, we will discuss
a brief history of the disability rights movement, an overview of the 5
Titles (sections) of the ADA, and the resources available from the ADA
National Network.  We will also discuss the impact of current policy and
legislation that presents challenges for the disability rights movement.

Atlanta, GA.  The Southeast ADA Center is a project of the Burton Blatt
Institute at Syracuse University.  The Burton Blatt Institute reaches around
the globe in its efforts to advance the civic, economic, and social
participation of people with disabilities.
