*The Kentucky School for the Blind welcomes back new Principal, Ms. Peggy
Sinclair-Morris*



On July 1st, Ms. Peggy Sinclair-Morris was named the new principal for the
Kentucky School for the Blind. Peggy brings to the position over 20 years
of experience in education and working with students who are blind and
visually impaired. She was previously the state technical assistance
coordinator for the Kentucky Deaf-Blind Project. In this role, she provided
technical assistance and coaching to families and districts with students
who are deaf and/or blind and worked to provide schools, families, and
professionals with statewide and national resources. Peggy is also no
stranger to the Kentucky School for the Blind. She was previously the
Outreach Director for KSB before moving to the Kentucky Deaf-Blind Project.
Peggy is also an active member of the KSBCF Board of Directors, a volunteer
at the KSBCF Golf Scramble, the KSBCF Gala, and a proud part of the trivia
team “Stink Tank” for the KSBCF Trivia Nights.



With the uncertainty of COVID-19, there is little doubt that the 2020-2021
school year will be a challenge for all educators. We are confident,
however, with Peggy’s experience and support KSB will excel under her
leadership. Congratulations and welcome back to the KSB family Peggy!
