[NFBK] Perkins Brailer repair

I believe that the Kentucky school for the blind has some volunteers that sometimes repair Braille Writers. I don’t know if they are doing it right now.

Also, I know someone who lives in North Carolina who repairs braille writer’s for $100. I know that he went to the Perkins school for the blind and was trained there, so he knows what he is doing.
