[NFBK] Perkins Brailer repair

I called them, a gentleman where I work retired and he was blind and left his Braille Ryder behind. Why is my question, anyway, all it needs is a good cleaning. They never called me back when I left a message. I never did call them back either though so maybe they would have, maybe they just lost my message or something.
