[NFBK] In Home Vaccines for Louisville Residents.

Hi Everyone,
 
The Louisville Metro Department of Public Health & Wellness is now able to schedule in-home vaccination appointments! If you know of someone who is homebound or without access to transportation to a vaccine location you can call (or they can call) (502) 912-8598 to schedule a nurse to visit them.
 
If you already submitted a name to me you should go ahead and make contact with them anyway. Do not wait on a call from them. Now that the mobile units are up and running, they are able to get these important vaccinations scheduled.
 
Again – if you know of someone who is homebound OR without access to transportation to a vaccine site, please call (502) 912-8598 ASAP!!!
