It would be best to remove the app from last year and what you’ve just downloaded. The best remedy for these types of situations is to start from scratch. In the Apps store, look for NFB 2021. The first and only item in that list is NFB 2021 National Convention, Business. Download/install and  follow the set-up prompts. Make sure that you use the email that you registered for the NFB National Convention. An email will be sent to that address, and it is not immediate. It took ten minutes or so before I received mine.

So, then what happens. I downloaded the app with the link that I got from this message I didn’t know what event. It didn’t like anything I put in there. I forgot about doing this. Thought I could just use the thing from last year. What happens next
