[NFBK] Statement of Partnership for Improvement of TARC Services - GLCB

Since February 2020, there has been a significant decrease in the quality of
TARC3 para-transit and TARC fixed-route services. Recognizing that the use
of these services is paramount for independence of the disabled community
and that TARC has failed to take steps to improve the quality of services,
the National Federation of the Blind of Greater Louisville (NFBGL) and the
Greater Louisville Council of the Blind (GLCB) have committed to work
together toward a mutual solution. Our objectives are to ensure all
passengers are treated equitably and respectfully, and that TARC provides
services which are efficient, reliable, and safe.  The members of this joint
committee are Natalie Couch, Maria Jones, Carla Ruschival, Jayne Seif, Matt
Selm, Lonnie Swafford, Sandra Williams, and Bill Wright.
