(1). Removal of Capacity Restrictions:

 

TARC Admin has confirmed that effective today, June 28, capacity
restrictions have been lifted and vehicle occupancy has been allowed to
returned to pre-covid operations. In compliance with the Transportation
Security Administration TSA, the wearing of masks remains a requirement
until otherwise notified, regardless of vaccination status. This is indeed
some good news which hopefully will mitigate some of the recent issues
experienced by the ridership and allow for greater flexibility for everyone
to plan their lives.

 

(2). New Email Address:

 

The TARC Improvement Committee is pleased to announce the establishment of a
new email address to be used for the reporting of concerns by passengers of
fixed route and para-transit services. This email address is not a
substitute for the survey. We are continuing to request everyone take a
moment and complete the survey  to help us gather data about experiences
using these services. Because the survey can only be taken once and as it
may not allow for everyone to report issues within the established
questionnaire,  you may send emails to: tarcadvocacy at gmail.com . Please feel
free to send an email anytime you experience a safety concern or any issues
which require tracking. As always, complaints should be filed with TARC and
we encourage you to have a tracking number for reference.
