(1). No Change to Mask Requirements:

 

It has been confirmed via the TARC website, the wearing of masks remain a
requirement until September 13 per the TSA Security Directive 1582/84-21-01.
This will be check several times weekly to see if this notice is updated. it
may be possible this restriction will remain in place beyond the date
indicated to reflect recent trends in the COVID-19 positivity rate. 

 

(2). Public Town Hall Meeting:

 

TARC will be hosting a public town hall meeting to allow passengers to learn
more about how para-transit is delivered and to submit recommendations to
improve the service. The meeting details are listed below and all are
encouraged to attend the meeting if possible. As we know, the meeting is
scheduled during a most inconvenient time of day. Perhaps as one of the
recommendations, we can ask that at least once per quarter we have a meeting
in the evening to allow for more folks to provide feedback.

result of various factors surrounding training and safety. With TARC
committing to improve the quality of service it is essential that we ensure

TARC keeps the promise to restore confidence in the service and fulfil its
obligations. Now more than ever, your feedback is requested. Help us by
reporting issues promptly both to TARC and using the methods outlined here.:
