> The National Federation of the Blind of Greater Louisville is pleased to announce we will host our next monthly meeting on Friday, August 16 from 6:00-9:00pm. The meeting will be held at Hikes Point Christian Church, 2601 Hikes Ln. As we are aware, TARC has already implemented reductions to service and the removal of some routes and plan to continue toward additional service changes in 2025. We will be pleased to have Shawn Reilly with us from TARC to present the three proposals published. We know that any changes will have a detrimental impact on the TARC3 para-transit system and this will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about the changes, ask questions and present your concerns for TARC to use during the open period for public input. Please note that we want to present our concerns and questions in a respectable and polite manner. This is not the time for driver complaints. Pizza and drinks will be served.
