[NFBK] NFB of Kentucky State Convention Update

Hello ALL:

 

Just a follow up to the NFB of Kentucky 2024 state convention Save the Date.
Our on-line registration form will soon be available.  In the meantime, here
are some important things to know.

 

Convention Dates:

October 31-November 3, 2024

Last Date to Reserve a Hotel Room:

October 1, 2024

 

Room Rates:  $125 per night

This does not include taxes.  Taxes bring the room rates to just under $150
per night.  The room rate includes a buffet breakfast for those who stay in
the hotel.  The regular cost of the breakfast buffet is about $20 per
person.  We negotiated the inclusion of the breakfast in the room rates.  

 

To reserve a room, call the hotel directly and ask for the NFB of Kentucky
room block.  Be sure to make your room reservation before October 1.

 

Last Date to Pre-register to Attend NFB of Kentucky State Convention:

October 6, 2024

 

You must pre-register for convention.  There will be no on-site
registration.  We will send out a notice when the convention registration
form is live on the NFB of Kentucky website.

 

Some financial assistance for those attending the NFB of Kentucky State
Convention may be available.  More details will follow.
