Hi Avery:

Yes, of course…As I understand the situation, due to inadequate funding which has caused a current budget crisis concerning Kentucky OVR, they will not be able to provide vocational and rehabilitation services to most consumers, unless that person already has a case open. If you have a closed case or you need services, they will not be able to accommodate the request until funding is at a level that will allow for them to provide services once again. At present, there is no time limit on this pause.
