<TD vAlign=top>Are print textbooks not proofread for formatting problems
and typos? Don't we have the right to demand the same consideration for
the education of our blind children? I thought we were no longer
living in the time when a second-rate education was acceptable.
Jeff County should admit they made a mistake, eat some crow and right
this wrong. <BR><BR>It's a lot more satisfying to reach for the
