National Federation of the Blind Jernigan Institute needs feedback from blind
and low vision voters, who voted in the 2010 midterm election, on their
experience using accessible voting systems. Feedback on the following is

Was the accessible voting system up and running when you
arrived?<BR><BR>
Did the poll workers know how to operate the accessible voting
system?<BR><BR>
Did you have any problems voting with the accessible voting
system?<BR><BR>
Were you able to cast your vote privately and
independently?<BR><BR> <BR><BR>This information will be provided to a
voting work group of state election officials and protection and advocacy system
personnel that has been established by the NFB under its 2010-2011 HAVA grant
from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. If you are blind or
have low vision and have used an accessible voting system in the 2010 midterm
election, please send an e-mail describing your experience, the city or county
and state where you voted, and the type of accessible voting system used (if
