<DIV>National Industries for the Blind and Bosma Enterprises are seeking five
(5) legally blind, highly-motivated and experienced Contact Center
Beneficiary</DIV>
<DIV>Service Representatives proficient in assistive technology to begin work on
a sixteen (16) week Pilot Program in Louisville, KY starting in January
2011.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Responsibilities will be to handle inbound calls, resolve customer service
issues and effectively communicate information with internal and external
customers</DIV>
<DIV>via phone and/or the Customers web site. Business hours are Monday through
Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Pilot candidates are required to have the below minimum qualifications to
be considered for this Pilot: </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV> High School diploma/GED equivalent required. </DIV>
<DIV> Two (2) years customer service experience required.</DIV>
<DIV> Two (2) years technical experience in a managed care environment
desired.</DIV>
<DIV> 1-3 years of military, healthcare or managed care or related experience
desired.</DIV>
<DIV> May substitute equivalent education and/or experience for degree</DIV>
<DIV> U.S. Citizenship is required.</DIV>
<DIV> Proficiency with Assistive Technology required.</DIV>
<DIV> Excellent Customer Service skills.</DIV>
<DIV>Effective written and verbal communication skills required.</DIV>
<DIV>Punctual and reliable.</DIV>
<DIV>Analytical and organizational skills required</DIV>
<DIV>Team building skills desired.</DIV>
<DIV> Typing proficiency of 35 wpm.</DIV>
<DIV> Proficient with Data Entry and multiple application navigation.</DIV>
<DIV> Proficient with basic Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and
Excel.</DIV>
<DIV> Works well with team members and other departments.</DIV>
<DIV> Proactive problem-solver.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Upon the successful completion of the pilot phase, it is our intent that
the five beneficiary service positions will become regular full time
positions.</DIV>
<DIV>There will also be future opportunities for additional beneficiary service
representative positions. Some relocation assistance may be available. </DIV>
