informational protest to promote public awareness of the unfair and
discriminatory practice of paying workers with disabilities subminimum wages.
Various Goodwill locations across the country will experience protesters
advocating for an end to inequality and immoral wage earnings of individuals
with disabilities employed by Goodwill. </FONT><A

style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor
Standards Act (FLSA)</SPAN></B><SPAN style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115%; FONT-SIZE: 14pt">
discriminates against individuals with disabilities by making it legal for
organizations to have a “special wage certificate” allowing them to pay
employees with disabilities far below the standard minimum wage. This
discrimination is based on low expectations and misconceptions about individuals
with disabilities.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
