better
than a thumb drive because they go in the front of
the player as opposed to
the side. I often carry my
player around the house, and when I use a thumb
drive, I
have bumped it into things because it sticks out the side. I
know
that some have been successful at putting a thumb drive
into the front of
the player, but I have not. The APH
cartridges are 2 gig, and I can get
approximately 15 books
on one cartridge, depending on the size of the book,
of
course. I have multiple cartridges and plan to keep some
books
permanently; however, I have others that i add and
delete books from. The
cost isn't much more than a
thumb drive, and it just works best for
me.
