Dean; sons, Charles Patrick McDowell and his wife, Carrie M. McDowell of Chicago, IL and Daniel Ryan McDowell and his wife, Kathryn L. McDowell of Collinsville, IL; two grandsons; three stepsons; five step-grandchildren; and her brother, Keith Riddle and his wife, Laura of Madisonville, KY.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px; "></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 10px; padding: 0px; "><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">She was the widow of Charles W. McDowell. Lucy was also preceded in death by her parents, Henry H. and Wanda L.
