The Seelbach began as the dream of two Bavarian brothers, Otto and Louis Seelbach, in 1903. Two years later, an expansion was completed and included the famous Bavarian-style Rathskeller, which today remains the only surviving ensemble of its kind. The 21c Museum Hotel, also located downtown, is a boutique hotel and contemporary art museum. Founded in 2006 by Laura Lee Brown and Steve Wilson, the pair partnered with world-renowned architect Deborah Berke to reimagine and renovate a series of 19th-century tobacco and bourbon warehouses along West Main Street. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='text-indent:13.7pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>Next, the program visits Caudill Seed Company, which was founded in 1947 by Forrest Caudill. A decorated military veteran, Caudill returned to the family farm to begin a new life and career following World War II.
