Two years<br>ago, I set as my goal obtaining a federal clerkship. These positions<br>are highly sought-after and intensely competitive. I applied to over<br>fifty judges around the country, and I am incredibly blessed to have<br>received this offer from a judge right here in Kentucky.<br><br>The NFB knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines<br>us. I firmly believe that my experience in the NFB gave me the<br>perspective and confidence to go along with my academic qualifications<br>and led to this position.
