Held in honor of the 26th anniversary of the ADA, the chat will serve as a prelude to this Octobers <a href="ttps://www.dol.gov/odep/topics/ndeam/" target="_self" class="contentlink" title="website: National Disability Employment Awareness Month">National Disability Employment Awareness Month</a>(NDEAM) by highlighting why “inclusion works.” The chat will explore what todays post-ADA generation of youth with disabilities see as key to their workplace success, and the ways in which employers can support them.
