>Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree.

>EXPERIENCE:

>Three (3) years of experience in the field of 
>services to blind and/or visually impaired with 
>a minimum of two (2) years experience in utilization and development
>of technical equipment for blind and visually 
>impaired persons or other handicapped persons.
>
>NOTE:  A Master's degree in psychology, 
>rehabilitation counseling, rehabilitation 
>engineering, or related fields may be substituted for one (1) year of
>the above experience.

>NOTE:  Applicants who do not possess the 
>required education may substitute additional 
>experience as indicated on a year-for-year basis with thirty (30)
